REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Click here to read more.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
On all refunds we will charge a fee of DKK 80 that will cover shipping costs.
To start a return, you can contact us at SUPPORT@DAYLO.DK. Once your return has been accepted, we will send you instructions on receiving a return label.
Please note that the condition of the products being returned is your responsibility until we receive them. Please make sure to pack and ship the return items carefully. Keep the tracking number and return receipt until we refund your payment.
The return receipt is proof that you have sent the package back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unclaimed packages
If you choose to return your order by declining delivery of a parcel or if you don’t collect your parcel from the parcel shop, you will have to notify us at support@daylo.dk in order to start the refund process.
Processing time
Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, you can expect your return to be processed within 14 business days. During busy periods you can expect the processing time to be a little longer. The fastest way to know the status of your return is to check the tracking of the return parcel. You can track the parcel using the parcel number from the return label. Please note that for some countries, the return is delivered to a return address and afterwards it is forwarded to our warehouse in Denmark where we process all returns. If it has been more than 14 days since your return was delivered to our warehouse, you are welcome to contact us at support@daylo.dk and we will assist you.
Warranty Claim
We offer a 2-year warranty as per the Purchase Law. Depending on the specific situation, this warranty entitles you to have a faulty item repaired, exchanged, receive a price reduction, or a refund. If the item has been used, you will have to pay shipping to get a replacement.
Please note that the warranty does not apply to errors, wear and tear, or damage resulting from improper handling of the product, such as overloading, poor maintenance, or misuse.
If you discover a defect or flaw in your product, you should contact us as soon as possible and within a reasonable timeframe. Learn more about your warranty rights on the Consumer Agency’s website.

- Include "Warranty Claim" and your order number in the subject line
- Describe the defect or flaw in the received product. Please attach a photo or video of the defect.
Upon receiving your email, we will promptly assess your case and determine a solution. Each case is treated individually, and the resolution will depend on the specific circumstances.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@daylo.dk.
