We offer a reduced exchange, and you can expect to receive your replacement within 1–4 business days.
Because jewelry often needs to be tried on in person, we offer a 14-day return policy worldwide—from the day you receive your package.
Note: Customers are always responsible for the costs of returns and will pay for shipping and handling ( 75 kr.) - We do offer exchange, in case you need a new ring size or just want another style. <3
