Our jewelry is made from stainless steel and plated with 18k gold, 18k rose gold or silver.
Stainless Steel Jewelry: Our jewelry is made from stainless steel – also known as "waterproof jewelry." These pieces are PVD-coated with 18K gold, 18K Rose Gold and silver, a very modern coating process that helps the color last longer than regular coatings.

Our jewelry is made from stainless steel. Below are some general tips on how to best care for your jewelry:
1. Cleaning
Most of our jewelry is plated with 18K gold. As the silver pieces are gold-plated, we recommend that you avoid using excessive force when cleaning them. Use only lukewarm water and a soft microfiber cloth. Do not clean the jewelry too often.
When cleaning pearls, be extra careful as pearls are a very delicate material. Use only a soft microfiber cloth and lukewarm water. Avoid cleaning pearls too frequently.
2. Do not sleep with jewelry on
To prevent your jewelry from being exposed to impacts and movements while you sleep, it is recommended that you remove your jewelry before going to bed.
3. Store jewelry in a jewelry pouch
We recommend storing your jewelry away from direct sunlight in a dry and dark place. A good idea is to keep your pieces in a closed pouch. All DAYLO jewelry comes with a jewelry pouch, which is perfect for storage.
4. Avoid direct sunlight
Avoid placing your jewelry in direct sunlight as it can cause discoloration.
5. Avoid contact with hard surfaces
Try to prevent your jewelry from coming into contact with hard surfaces, as this can cause damage.
Are your jewelry pieces hypoallergenic?
We understand that many customers are sensitive to certain metals, such as nickel. That's why all of our jewelry is made from hypoallergenic materials, ensuring they are safe and comfortable for those with sensitive skin.
Is the gold plating durable?

FAQ: Shipping & Delivery
When will my items be shipped?
If you place your order before 12:00 PM, we will ship your order the same day!
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.
How long will I have to wait for my order?
Our team ensures that your products are packed and shipped so you receive them within 1-3 business days.
Note: In rare cases, there may be delays caused by the carrier. Once we have handed over the product to the shipping provider, it is unfortunately out of our hands, so we may not be able to resolve the issue immediately. However, we will do everything we can to track down what happened with your order. During holidays and busy seasons, there may be delays due to increased volume.
How can I track my order?
Once our team has packed your order, you will receive a message with the track & trace number, allowing you to monitor your package.
Note: It may take a few hours before you can track it, as the package needs to be registered with the carrier first.
Can I refuse to accept my order if I change my mind?
No. You cannot cancel your order simply by refusing delivery, unless you also provide clear notification of your decision to do so.

I accidentally entered the wrong delivery information, what should I do?
If you have accidentally entered incorrect delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible at support@daylo.dk. It is generally your responsibility to provide the correct delivery details, but we will, of course, do everything we can to help correct the mistake.
I received the wrong item, what should I do?
We sincerely apologize for the mistake! If you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@daylo.dk so we can find a solution, including sending the correct product to you or refunding your money as quickly as possible.
FAQ: Returns, Exchanges, and Complaints
When will I get my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your returned package, the money will be refunded to the same payment card used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed. If we are unable to fulfill your right of withdrawal, we will contact you via email.
There is a defect in one or more of my products, what should I do?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience! If there is a defect in one or more of your products, please contact us as soon as possible at support@daylo.dk. Be sure to include your order number and describe the issue. We also encourage you to attach a picture or video of the defect.
