What are the jewelry made from?

Our jewelry is made of stainless steel and plated with 18K gold, 18K rose gold, or silver.

Stainless steel jewelry:

All our pieces are crafted from stainless steel – also known as “waterproof jewelry.” They are PVD-coated with 18K gold, 18K rose gold, or silver – a modern plating technique that makes the color last much longer than traditional coatings.

How do I find my ring size?

How do I best take care of my jewelry?

At DAYLO, our jewelry is crafted from stainless steel and plated with 18K gold, 18K rose gold, or silver. To keep your jewelry beautiful and long-lasting, we recommend the following care tips:


Cleaning: Most of our pieces are plated with 18K gold, and since silver jewelry is also plated, avoid harsh cleaning methods. Use only lukewarm water and a soft microfiber cloth – and avoid cleaning too often. This is especially important for pearl jewelry, as pearls are very delicate. When cleaning pearls, be extra gentle and only use a soft cloth with a little lukewarm water. Pearls should never be cleaned frequently.

Avoid sleeping with jewelry on: Movements during sleep can put unnecessary pressure on your jewelry, which over time may affect both appearance and durability. To extend the lifespan, we recommend removing your jewelry before going to bed.

Proper storage: Jewelry should be stored in a dry, dark place, away from direct sunlight. The best option is to keep them in a closed jewelry pouch or box. All DAYLO jewelry comes with a jewelry pouch, ideal for both storage and travel.

Avoid direct sunlight: Prolonged exposure can lead to discoloration and wear on the plating.

Avoid contact with hard surfaces: Bumps, scratches, and knocks can damage the surface and reduce both appearance and durability.

Are your jewelry pieces hypoallergenic?

We understand that many customers are sensitive to certain metals, such as nickel. That’s why all our jewelry is made from hypoallergenic materials, ensuring they are safe and comfortable to wear – even for those with sensitive skin.

Is the material durable?

Our gold-plated jewelry is designed to maintain its shine and color over time. While all gold-plated pieces naturally require a bit of care, we are proud to offer a lifetime guarantee on all our jewelry – so you can enjoy them for many years without worry.

Can I wear my jewelry in water?

Yes – all DAYLO jewelry is 100% waterproof. You can shower, wash your hands, and go about your daily life without having to take your jewelry off.

FAQ: Shipping & Delivery

When will my items be shipped?

If you place your order before 15:30, we’ll ship it the very same day!

Orders placed after 15:30 will be shipped on the next business day.

How long will I have to wait for my order?

Our team makes sure your products are packed and shipped so you’ll receive them within 1–3 business days.

Please note: In rare cases, delays may occur with the shipping carrier. Once we have handed over the package, it is unfortunately out of our control, and we may not be able to resolve the issue immediately. However, we always do our best to track down what has happened with your order.

During holiday periods and peak seasons, additional delays may occur due to increased demand.

How can I track my order?

After your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Simply click the link to follow your package’s journey in real time.

If you can’t find your tracking email, please check your spam folder – or contact us at support@daylo.dk, and we’ll resend the tracking information to you.

Can I refuse to accept my order if I change my mind?

We do not recommend refusing delivery, as this may result in longer processing times and additional return costs.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, please accept the delivery and then use our return portal to send the items back quickly and securely.

This way, you’ll receive your refund or exchange much faster.

I entered the wrong delivery information by mistake. What should I do?

If you’ve entered incorrect delivery details by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at support@daylo.dk. It is ultimately your responsibility to provide the correct delivery information, but of course, we will do everything we can to help correct the error.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

If you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@daylo.dk, so we can find a solution – including sending you the correct product or refunding the amount as quickly as possible.

FAQ: Returns, Exchanges & Claims

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we’ll process your refund.

Refunds are usually issued within a few business days, but please allow up to 14 days depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

You’ll always be notified by email once your refund has been completed.

There is a fault with one or more of my products. What should I do?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience!

If there is a fault with one or more of your products, please contact us as soon as possible at support@daylo.dk. Remember to include your order number and a description of the issue. We also encourage you to attach a photo or video of the defect.

Once we’ve received your email, we’ll review your case as quickly as possible and find a solution. Each case is handled individually, and the solution will depend on the specific situation.
