Terms of Use

Agreements are concluded in Danish.
These sales and delivery terms apply to purchases made on www.daylo.dk

Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal applies only to private consumers who shop via www.daylo.dk.

Businesses do not have a right of withdrawal.


Payment & Delivery

We accept payment via PayPal and bank transfer.
The amount is only charged when the item is dispatched.
If you ordered multiple items and one of them is on backorder, the amount for that item will be charged only when it is shipped.

All prices are shown in DKK/kr.
Shipping method is chosen at checkout, and a payment fee may apply depending on the selected payment method.

We strive to dispatch your order within 2 business days.

We offer pickup at parcel shops and deliver worldwide.

If you do not collect your parcel from the parcel shop, you are responsible for the return and reshipping costs.


Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days.

For the purchase of one or more items, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party you have designated (other than the carrier), physically receive(s) the item(s).

After the 14 days, we offer a 30-day exchange period during which shipping costs are non-refundable, and returns cost 49 kr.

If you have ordered multiple items in the same order and we cannot deliver them at the same time, the period starts when you receive the last item.

If the last day of the period falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve, the period is extended to the next business day.


Refunds

We will refund the amount after we have received and inspected the returned item.
All returns are subject to a 49 kr. fee, as the item must be sent back to our warehouse.

We offer exchanges for a single item, and refunds are processed based on the entire parcel.


How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel your order, please contact us—by post or email—and state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
Send your notice to info@daylo.dk.
The withdrawal period is observed if your notice is sent before the deadline.


Returns & Return Shipping

Items must be sent or delivered back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you informed us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if the item is dispatched within the 14-day period.

We do not accept items sent cash on delivery or without delivery confirmation.


Refunds Upon Withdrawal

In the case of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid excluding shipping costs.
The refund will be made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have received your notice of withdrawal.
We reserve the right to postpone the refund until we have received the returned item or proof of return shipment.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
No fees are charged for the refund.


Inspection of the Item & Packaging

You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store, but you must not use it.
If the item has been used beyond what is permitted, we reserve the right to deduct the depreciation from the refund.

If the item has no commercial value, no refund will be issued.
The item must not have been tried on.
It must be returned in its original packaging and be securely packed.
You bear the risk for the parcel until we receive it—therefore keep the receipt and any tracking number.


Warranty (Reklamationsret) – If There Is a Problem with the Item

If the item has defects or deficiencies (e.g., manufacturing faults), the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply.
You have a 24-month warranty period provided you report the defect within a reasonable time (normally within 2 months).

If the claim is justified and the item must be returned, we will cover your reasonable shipping costs.

The item must be returned in secure packaging. Keep both the receipt and the shipping/tracking information.


Privacy Policy

We respect and understand the importance of privacy on the Internet.
We do not share your information with third parties unless necessary to fulfill an order.

We do not sell your name, address, email, payment information, or personal data to third parties without your consent.

By using our website, you also accept our Messaging Service Terms and Messaging Service Privacy Policy.

Ambassador Terms

Ambassadors are responsible for complying with applicable laws regarding undisclosed advertising.

By signing up as an ambassador, you consent to DAYLO using content featuring our products on our platforms—unless otherwise agreed.

Ambassadors are responsible for reporting any income to the tax authorities.

Ambassadors under 18 must have consent from a parent or guardian.

There is no mandatory collaboration—if you are under 18, we will never require posts, and you can always have content removed.
Discounts are given in good faith that agreed content will be shared, but this is not a requirement.

Return terms for ambassadors purchasing at special prices are the same as for regular customers.

The right of withdrawal also includes the option not to share content—nothing is binding.

By participating in giveaways, you consent to receiving messages about our ambassador program.
