30 DAY WARRANTY

We promise to replace your DAYLO item if it tarnishes, fades, or accidentally breaks. Just email us a photo of the item along with your order number to support@daylo.dk. No need to explain, we'll process a replacement or store credit for you within 30 days.

Please note, our 30 day warranty applies only to all pieces. Additionally, we can't replace items lost, stolen, intentionally damaged, or damaged by someone else. Our fair use policy ensures fairness for all customers.
